Job Summary
FIDEM IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Service Engineers for its ONGC Site at Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of ELV systems under the Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC).
Eligibility
- Graduation is mandatory.
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of ELV systems.
- Experience in AMC/CAMC projects will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of ELV systems.
- Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of:
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Biometric Readers
- Smart Card Readers
- Boom Barriers
- Flap Barriers
- Turnstile Gates
- Network Switches
- Structured Cabling
- Diagnose and rectify faults in ELV equipment.
- Ensure timely servicing and smooth functioning of all installed systems.
- Prepare service reports and coordinate with the site team for maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and security solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control Systems, Boom Barriers, Turnstile Gates, and networking devices.
- Good troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking and structured cabling.
- Ability to work independently at the client site.
