ABOUT THE ROLE:
ASE Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and career-driven graduates to join our Business Development team. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with industry professionals, understand client requirements, and contribute to business growth through strategic communication and relationship building.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gain a clear understanding of the company’s products and services
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels
- Understand client needs and support in presenting suitable solutions
- Collaborate with Team Leads during client discussions and service presentations
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Follow up on leads and contribute to successful deal closures
- Work towards achieving individual performance targets with team support
