Assistant Professor – Art History
Eligibility
- M.Phil. or Ph.D. or first-class Master’s degree in Art History, Ancient History, or a related field
- Qualification in UGC NET/SET is required
- Demonstrated teaching experience beyond graduate assistantships is preferred; publications will strengthen the application
Responsibilities
- Teach Art History across a range of university programmes and courses
- Develop and update curriculum in line with academic standards
- Advise and mentor students
- Engage in research and scholarly activities
- Contribute to academic service, including examination management and the development of library resources
- Employ innovative and experimental approaches to teaching
- Participate in a liberal arts environment with a commitment to multicultural collaboration
- Contribute to departmental activities, including organizing conferences, management development programmes (MDPs), and workshops, as well as participating in various Institute, Department, and School initiatives.
Salary
Rs. 1,20,000/- to 1,25,000/- Per Month.
