Key ResponsibilitiesClient Servicing & Account Management
- Manage and lead key client relationships across multiple business verticals
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective paid media strategies
- Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic discussions with clients
- Handle client escalations and ensure high-quality service delivery
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Drive campaign planning, execution, optimization, and scaling
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure achievement of KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, and revenue growth
Media Optimization & Analytics
- Analyze campaign data, audience behavior, and market trends to improve performance
- Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting for maximum efficiency
- Work with analytics and attribution tools to measure campaign effectiveness
- Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with SEO, Creative, Analytics, Tech, and Client Servicing teams to achieve business goals
- Mentor and guide team members for performance improvement and capability building
- Ensure smooth workflow management and timely campaign delivery
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within the team
Business Strategy & Presentations
- Build strategic media plans and client presentations
- Participate in business pitches and growth initiatives
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership and clients
Pay: ₹1,253,320.40 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
