Location: Remote (India)
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
Experience Required: 3–5 years of overall architectural experience, including a minimum of 2 years working directly on US-based projects

Key Responsibilities
● Develop architectural drawings, construction documents, and design packages for US-based projects.
● Prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documentation sets.
● Ensure compliance with US building codes (IBC, ADA, and local jurisdiction requirements).
● Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil disciplines.
● Collaborate with US-based project teams and clients across time zones.
● Deliver accurate, detailed drawings within project timelines.

Availability

● Own laptop with adequate processing capability for running Revit efficiently.
● Secondary monitor is an absolute essential for this role
● Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
● Availability to work 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST.
