- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot welding machines (MIG, TIG, Arc, Spot Welding, etc.).
- Inspect, repair, and maintain overhead cranes, hoists, and material handling equipment.
- Maintain and service air compressors, pneumatic systems, and associated components.
- Ensure proper functioning of fitment equipment, fixtures, and shop-floor tools.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and improve machine availability.
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company maintenance procedures.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
