Position Overview:
CGC University invites applications from qualified and passionate academicians for the position of Professor in the School of Allied and Health Sciences for the Physiotherapy department. The role involves teaching, research, mentoring, and active participation in institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Delivery
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions effectively.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
- Incorporate modern teaching methodologies and digital tools.

2. Research & Publications:
- Publish research papers in reputed journals (UGC CARE / Scopus indexed).
- Participate in conferences, FDPs, and workshops.
- Contribute to research projects, grants, and patents.
------
3. Industry Interaction
- Build industry collaborations for internships and placements.
- Organize guest lectures, workshops, and industrial visits.
------
4. Eligibility Criteria:
A. Educational Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physiotherapy or a relevant Allied Health discipline.
- Master's Degree (MPT) in the relevant specialization.

B. Experience:
- Minimum 10–15 years of teaching, research, and/or clinical experience.
- At least 5 years as Associate Professor (preferred).
- Proven track record in PhD supervision, funded research, and scholarly publications.

C. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline is required.
- Publications in indexed journals (Scopus, Web of Science, SCI).
- Experience in Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
- Industry exposure (where applicable).
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Research orientation.
- Student engagement and mentoring ability.
- Familiarity with LMS and digital tools.
