Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and client inquiries.
- Promote HR, Payroll, and Compliance solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and product demos.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and support teams.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or business development (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Compliance services is an added advantage.
