- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate courier services and mail distribution.
- Support meeting arrangements, including room setup and refreshments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas.
- Assist HR and administration teams with day-to-day activities.
- Perform data entry and basic reporting tasks.
- Support travel and accommodation arrangements when required.
- Carry out other administrative duties assigned by management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
