- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Set individual and team sales quotas and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
