About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in daily administrative and executive tasks. Key Responsibilities
· Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
· Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently
· Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with integrity
· Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD
· Arrange travel, meetings, and company events
· Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project updates across departments
· Maintain records, files, and office documentation systematically
· Assist in decision-making processes by providing relevant data and insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
· Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· High level of professionalism and confidentiality
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
· Smart, presentable, and proactive personality
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant is an advantage
· Quick learner with problem-solving attitude
· Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
