Job Title: Project Coordinator cum Architect

Job Summary
The Project Coordinator cum Architect is responsible for coordinating architectural design activities, project execution, consultant management, and site coordination to ensure smooth delivery of real estate and construction projects. The role bridges the gap between design and execution teams, ensuring that projects are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Planning
- Prepare and review conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants for architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with statutory regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Review drawings for constructability and execution feasibility.
- Manage design revisions and maintain drawing control records.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate between architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of design and construction activities.
- Follow up on pending approvals, submissions, and project deliverables.
- Organize and document project meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Monitor project schedules and escalate delays to management.
Site Coordination & Execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress.
- Ensure site execution is in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate resolution of design-related site issues.
- Verify architectural finishes, materials, and workmanship quality.
- Support project teams during inspections and handover activities.
Approval & Documentation Management
- Coordinate with government authorities and consultants for statutory approvals.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and correspondence.
- Track design submissions, revisions, and approvals.
- Prepare project status reports and management updates.
Vendor & Consultant Management
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Review material samples, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Assist in consultant appointment and evaluation processes.
- Ensure consultants and contractors adhere to project timelines.
Quality Control
- Monitor architectural quality standards across projects.
- Conduct inspections of finishes, façade works, interiors, and common areas.
- Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Support quality audits and project close-out activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred.
- Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in architecture and project coordination.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use development projects.
- Familiarity with construction processes and site execution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
