We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of textiles, prints, patterns, colours, materials, and production processes.
Candidates with experience in fashion, textile manufacturing, textile production, home furnishings, or related industries will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original textile designs, prints, patterns, motifs, and surface designs.
- Create design concepts and mood boards based on project requirements and current trends.
- Select appropriate fabrics, colours, textures, finishes, and materials.
- Develop repeat patterns, colourways, and production-ready artwork.
- Work closely with production and sourcing teams to ensure designs are technically feasible.
- Coordinate with textile manufacturers, suppliers, printers, and vendors.
- Understand different textile manufacturing and printing techniques.
- Review samples and make necessary changes to achieve the desired quality and finish.
- Maintain design libraries, fabric references, colour palettes, and trend boards.
- Research emerging textile, fashion, colour, and material trends.
- Ensure designs meet quality, aesthetic, and production requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, prints, patterns, and surface treatments.
- Good understanding of textile manufacturing and production processes.
- Strong sense of colour, composition, texture, and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent design software.
- Knowledge of CAD-based textile design will be an advantage.
- Ability to create production-ready artwork and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines creative thinking with practical knowledge of textile production and can take a design from concept to final production.
Portfolio is mandatory. Candidates are encouraged to share textile, fashion, print, surface design, or relevant manufacturing-related work.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
