- Greeting and assisting clients when they arrive.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
- Handling phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries.
- Explaining basic clinic services, packages, and offers.
- Maintaining client records and updating appointment systems.
- Processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Coordinating with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and other staff.
- Managing reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Following up with clients regarding appointments and treatments.
- Good communication skills (English and local language).
- Pleasant and professional appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, appointment software).
- Customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and clients efficiently.
- Previous experience as receptionist, front office, customer service, or clinic experience will be an added advantage.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
