About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee the execution of interior fit-out and turnkey projects, primarily for government clients. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and maintain site records.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with government officials and stakeholders whenever required.
- Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline and budge
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, civil, or turnkey project execution.
- Experience in handling government projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, site management, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

- Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple site activities independently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Willing to travel within project locations as required.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
