Position: Application Support Engineer
Department: Information Technology (IT)
Experience: 3–8 Years (SAP B1)
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability, performance, availability, and reliability of software applications across Oriental Group.
- Provide business analysis, strategic planning, and information architecture to support organizational objectives.
- Define and establish the direction for identifying, tracking, and analyzing business information to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Support the implementation, customization, and basic configuration of SAP Business One (SAP B1), Zoho, Fab app, CRM and other applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop and deliver end-user training programs and prepare user manuals to ensure effective system adoption.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and align business objectives throughout SAP B1 and CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
- Effectively manage changes in business strategies and project plans while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business processes and workflows of Oriental Metals Group and its subsidiary companies.
- Supervise business process analysis, functional design, and solution development activities.
- Prepare detailed functional requirement documents to support application design and development.
- Oversee application development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
- Plan and execute data migration and data conversion activities, including test data preparation and validation.
- Lead system testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate the integration of non-SAP applications with SAP Business One and CRM systems to ensure seamless data flow and business continuity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
