About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Team Handling Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer follow-ups, coordinating with the sales team, handling team operations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the sales coordination team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads, inquiries, and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order processing and customer handling.
- Guide and support team members in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure professional communication standards.
- Maintain and review customer databases, follow-up records, and sales reports.
- Generate and assign leads to team members when required.
- Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Ensure proper coordination between customers, sales team, dispatch, and management.
- Assist in improving customer satisfaction and lead conversion processes.
- Train new team members on communication and process handling.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, customer handling, or team management will be an advantage.
Experience
- 3 +years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or team handling roles preferred.
