Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive with relevant experience in the Printing & Packaging Industry, specifically in Corrugation and Mono Carton packaging. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring timely order execution, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Production, Design, QA, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Track customer orders from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Provide customers with regular updates on order status, production progress, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Coordinate artwork approvals, sample approvals, and product specifications with customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues related to quality, delivery, or documentation.
- Prepare and maintain customer MIS reports, order trackers, pending order reports, and dispatch reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and communication logs.
- Follow up on repeat orders and coordinate with the Sales team for future business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements and delivery commitments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in the Printing & Packaging Industry.
- Mandatory experience in Corrugation and Mono Carton manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of packaging products, production processes, and customer servicing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/CRM software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling B2B customers in the packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of order management, production coordination, and dispatch planning.
- Good understanding of artwork approval and packaging development processes.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
