CMX Rigs is a custom PC building company specializing in high-performance gaming PCs, workstations, streaming setups, and enterprise computing solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals who can understand customer requirements and recommend the right hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online customers with PC purchase inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gaming PCs, workstations, and components.
- Prepare quotations and custom PC configurations.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, peripherals, and gaming accessories.
- Explain product features, specifications, warranties, and after-sales support.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding builds, upgrades, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in computer hardware, electronics, gaming, or retail sales is an required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware and gaming components.
- Ability to work with sales targets and customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of custom PC building.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Confidence in handling customers both online and offline.
