HIRING – PPC HEAD
Location: Kuruli, Pune
Position: PPC Head

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and control overall Production Planning & Control activities
- Prepare production plans based on customer orders, capacity, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Design & Dispatch teams
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery
- Plan manpower, machines, materials, and production capacity
- Track production schedules, WIP, inventory, and dispatch commitments
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Maintain PPC MIS, planning reports, and daily/weekly production updates
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources and minimize production delays
Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in PPC / Production Planning & Control
- Experience in Automation, Manufacturing, Packaging Machinery, Material Handling or SPM industry preferred
- Good knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory & capacity planning
- Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple production priorities and deadlines
