Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Billing & Planning Engineer to manage project planning, progress monitoring, quantity measurement, client billing, and cost control activities for Electrical Transmission & Distribution Projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of power infrastructure projects and experience in project billing, planning, BOQ, quantity estimation, MIS reporting, and coordination with site and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and work plans.
- Prepare and submit client bills as per BOQ, work orders, and contract terms.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and work progress at project sites.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, Measurement Sheets, and Quantity Reconciliation Statements.
- Track project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Monitor material, manpower, and equipment requirements.
- Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring.
- Prepare MIS reports related to project progress, billing, and execution.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Project teams for billing and payment follow-up.
- Ensure proper documentation of project work and billing records.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3–8 years in Billing & Planning, preferably in Electrical Transmission & Distribution Projects.
- Experience in Power Distribution, Transmission Lines, Substations, RDSS, or Electrical EPC Projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, quantity estimation, measurement, and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
