The Cash Application Senior Analyst is responsible for performing all cash application activities across divisions, ensuring timely allocation of payments, supporting AR problem resolution, and improving cash flow. The role acts as a subject matter expert and resource. Requires strong analytical and decision-making skills. Provide coaching and first-line problem resolution assistance to team members.

Allocate cash to all open payments including On Account, Unprocessed, Partially Applied, Short Pay, Overpayment, Duplicate, Inter-division ensuring SLA compliance.

Adhere to company policies and utilize SOPs and DTPs in daily activities.

Respond to escalated requests and work on end-to-end resolution.

Communicate key information within and across teams and stakeholders.

Maximize use of CBC processes and systems to manage risk and accelerate cash flow.

Develop deep knowledge of customer payment (Order to Cash) processes.

Identify process deficiencies and support implementation of procedural changes to improve productivity.

Maintain a professional manner and appropriate business communication.

Achieve individual objectives related to SLAs and KPIs.

Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5-7 years of experience in OTC Cash Application.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
