Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Implementation Executives to join our team. This role involves assisting in the implementation and deployment of software solutions, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.
Key Responsibilities
· Software Implementation: Assist in the deployment and configuration of software solutions tailored to client needs.
· Technical Support: Provide technical assistance during the implementation process and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and client interactions.
· Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and contribute to planning and execution.
· Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
· Testing and Validation: Participate in testing phases to ensure software meets functional requirements before deployment.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
· Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in software implementation or technical support roles.
Technical Skills:
· Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
· Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is advantageous.
· Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
· Familiarity with Excel, Advance excel, documentation tool.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
