The role encompasses designing and teaching courses in the domains of Educational Policy, Programmes, School System and School Leadership for MA Education programme and Certificate programmes offered by the university. Apart from the teaching responsibilities, faculty is also expected to contribute to institutional building by nurturing the culture, institutional processes and activities in alignment with University’s vision. The University encourages and offers support to faculty members for pursuing their own research.
Responsibilities:
MA Education Programme

Design and deliver courses in areas such as Educational Policy, Educational Programmes, School Systems, and School Leadership

Contribute to curriculum development and programme strengthening

Design and teach elective courses aligned with your area of expertise
Certificate Programme in School Leadership

Develop curriculum and facilitate courses for in-service school leaders

Engage with practitioners to ensure contextual and practice-oriented learning
Research and Knowledge Building

Conduct research and continuously engage with emerging scholarship in education leadership

Contribute to knowledge creation that informs teaching and programme design
Academic and Other Engagement
