Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Software Tester with 1–3 years of experience in testing desktop and web applications. The candidate should have a keen eye for quality, a structured approach to testing, and a strong desire to deliver reliable, bug-free software.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
Prepare and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality.
Assist in automating test cases and improving testing processes.
Validate fixes and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in software testing (manual or automation).
Good understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
Familiarity with Selenium, JMeter, or similar testing tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL and web technologies.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
