Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with proficiency in the German language (A2 to B2 level) to support recruitment delivery for German-speaking requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for managing multiple client mandates, sourcing suitable candidates, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand job specifications and hiring expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, internal databases, and targeted headhunting.
- Conduct candidate screening and preliminary interviews in German and English, as required.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
- Ensure timely submission of relevant candidate profiles in line with defined service levels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of German-speaking candidates.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and candidate availability.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships to support ongoing business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in any discipline; specialization in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or staffing environment.
- Proficiency in German (A2 to B2 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English language communication.
