- Record and manage invoices, bills, and corresponding payments accurately
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist in preparing regular financial reports and financial statements
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Bill.com, Buildertrend or similar budgeting software
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and various accounting systems.
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP. Experience with real estate, construction, property management, or HOA accounting.
- Knowledge of job costing and class/location tracking in QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English for effective communication
- Timings are of USA-CST Zone and should be available to work Night Shifts and at office in Begumpet
