Job description:
Position: Production Supervisor (Department : Production)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Kathwada, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience : Min 2 yr+
Salary: 20,500 - 60,000 ( Per Month)
Language : Hindi English Gujarati
1. Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes for machine manufacturing and assembly
2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
3. Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and quality issues
4. Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production problems
5. Support new product introduction (NPI) and process industrialization
6. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices
7. Reduce production costs through continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
8. Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for tooling, materials, and components
9. Manage production scheduling and capacity planning, ensuring effective allocation of tasks to general shift workers and extended shift workers (including workers operating up to 9 PM).
10. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- · Required Qualifications
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 4–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
3. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in machine manufacturing is must.
4. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Proficiency in production systems and basic computer applications.
1. Location: Plot No. 1 & 2, Panchratna Industrial Estate, Near Bahuchar Party Plot, Singarva, Kathwada, Gujarat – 382430
2. Working: 6 days (Tuesday Weekly off). Timing : 9AM to 6:00PM (Lunch break : 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM)
