Job Description
JJ EPC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from inception to handover
- Lead site teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards
- Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and productivity
- Review project progress and implement corrective actions where required
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards
- Manage project billing, cost control, procurement coordination, and client reporting
- Drive quality, safety, and operational excellence across project execution
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction projects
- Successfully completed at least 3–5 construction projects as a key project management professional
- Must have completed at least one high-rise project of 70 meters or above
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and team management skills
- Proficiency in project scheduling, execution, and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices
Additional Information:
- Full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, Gujarat
- Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects will be preferred
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
