We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Post-Purchase Operations Executive to manage customer support and backend order operations for our growing e-commerce brand.
The role includes handling post-order customer communication, courier coordination, label management, returns/exchanges, and ensuring a smooth customer experience after purchase.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer support through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Manage post-purchase customer queries
- Coordinate with courier partners for shipment issues
- Create and manage shipping labels
- Handle RTO, exchange, return, and replacement requests
- Track orders and resolve delivery-related issues
- Maintain order status updates in Shopify
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations team
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution times
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Experience in customer support or e-commerce operations is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
