Kamb&m School of Life International is now looking for a highly energetic, passionate and skilled Dance Teacher to lead engaging classes, develop routines, and nurture student talent in a creative and inclusive environment. This role involves teaching various dance styles to different age groups, preparing them for performances, and ensuring proper technique and safety.
Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Instruction: Design and deliver structured lesson plans for diverse skill levels, covering warm-ups, technique, center work, and choreography.
- Choreography: Create original routines for recitals, showcases, and competitions, adapting to students' strengths.
- Student Development: Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, correct moves, and inspire artistic expression.
- Performance Management: Organize, rehearse, and prepare students for performances, ensuring high-quality productions.
- Safety & Environment: Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful studio atmosphere, emphasizing proper form to prevent injuries.
- Event Coordination: Assist with selecting music, costumes, and organizing studio events.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Dance or relevant certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Dance Teacher or Instructor will be an added advantage.
- Expertise in multiple dance styles is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of dance theory, technique, and injury prevention.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Creativity, patience, and the ability to motivate students.
