Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing complex operations in global account management for Windows PC environments, ensuring the execution of access management services, continuous process improvement, and alignment with client SLAs. The individual drives operational excellence by empowering teams, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring effective communication to support large-scale client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead operations management for Windows PC account and access management services, utilizing advanced knowledge of global account management tools and processes to optimize service delivery and meet client SLAs.
2. Oversee and refine operational processes using Windows PC management platforms and access control technologies to improve reporting, information flow, and organizational planning.
