Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple email outboxes setup, warmup, health monitoring, and rotation to protect deliverability
- Build and maintain prospecting lists using Apollo, Clay, or similar tools; keep the database clean, segmented, and current
- Manage outbound email campaigns end-to-end copy input, sequencing, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Own CRM operations: pipeline hygiene, deal stage management, contact enrichment, and reporting dashboards
- Build and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in collaboration with the founders; translate them into actionable targeting criteria
- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator connection requests, follow-up sequences, and InMail strategy
- Track reply rates, open rates, bounce rates, and conversion metrics; surface insights and iterate quickly
- Coordinate with content and strategy teams to align messaging with outbound sequences
Requirements
Must-Have
- Email Marketing: Campaign setup, segmentation, copy briefs, deliverability fundamentals, and performance analysis.
- Prospecting Databases: Hands-on experience with Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, Clay, or comparable tools for B2B lead sourcing.
- Email Warmup & Multi-Inbox Management: Warming new domains/inboxes, managing sending limits, rotation logic, and tools like Smartlead or Instantly.
- CRM Operations: Pipeline management, contact/deal hygiene, tagging, reporting — HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
- ICP Development & Outreach Strategy: Building ICPs from scratch, translating them into filters, and designing outreach sequences around them.
- LinkedIn Outreach & Sales Navigator: Boolean searches, saved lists, connection campaigns, and follow-up sequences on Sales Navigator.

Compensation & Incentive Structure
Fixed Salary
₹3,50,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum (fixed CTC)
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
