About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Unreal Engine Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating immersive 3D environments, interactive experiences, and visually engaging projects using Unreal Engine.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5, 3D assets, materials, lighting, environments, and Blueprints, along with a strong eye for visual quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design 3D environments, scenes, and interactive experiences using Unreal Engine.
- Develop and configure materials, textures, lighting, and visual effects.
- Use Blueprints to create interactive elements and basic gameplay functionality.
- Import, organize, and optimize 3D models and assets in Unreal Engine.
- Work with Lumen, Nanite, Niagara, and other Unreal Engine features.
- Optimize environments and assets to achieve smooth performance and visual quality.
- Identify and resolve design and technical issues within Unreal Engine projects.
- Collaborate with developers, 3D artists, and other team members to deliver project requirements.
- Follow project guidelines and maintain organized assets and project files.
- Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine tools, features, and workflows.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine.
- Good knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
- Experience in 3D environment design and visualization.
- Working knowledge of Blueprints.
- Understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and basic visual effects.
- Experience with any 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of performance optimization and profiling.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- A portfolio or examples of previous Unreal Engine work will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Lumen, Nanite, Niagara, World Partition, or PCG.
- Experience in VR/AR, simulation, architectural visualization, or gaming projects.
- Knowledge of 3D asset optimization and Unreal Engine profiling.
- Basic understanding of game mechanics and interactive experiences.
