Key responsibilities
01. To supervise the floor ensure the employee attendance in the floor.
02. To know the floor movements of the materials & manpower.
03. To issue the materials to the employees for production based on the production plan.
04. To send the production report to the reporting person on end of the day without fail.
05. To make sure the employee production in good quality and should be reached the company average production of individual.
06. To ensure the moisture and wastages should not exceed the fixed limit. If exceed report should be reached immediately to the superior. After getting approval only the produced materials transaction to be done to store
07. To check the quality of the material while on production (online Checking).
08. To ensure the data updated in the register is correct. The same has to be updated in Excel and it's reflected in SAP.
09. To ensure the report has been updated in the Excel which is maintained in Register.
10. To make sure the difference is ZERO in the report which is maintained in Excel as well as SAP.
11. To maintain, update the records and report the movements on daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
12. To maintain the floor discipline in the respective floor in coordination with HR.
13. To monitor and control the movements unnecessarily in stores.
14. To check the quality and quantity of the material while on movement.
15. To audit the stock on monthly bases in the mini store in the concern floor and ensure that there is ZERO in difference.
16. To check the maintained documents in sections and ensure the quantity, name of the product and its specification mentioned properly.
17. To maintain employee activity and related records and update the same in the Excel, report has to be received on quarterly basis.
18. To train the employee those who are giving low in allocated production on daily basis.
19. To train the new people in the allocated work.
20. To update the stock movements, employee production in the stores in SAP in live.
21. To pass the doubts/bugs to SAP tears immediately for rectification.
22. To ensure the data maintained in SAP and register in floor are not in difference.
23. Establishing quality management system practice in the department as per ISO requirements.
24. Any other additional responsibilities that may be entrusted to you by the Management from time to time.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
