Shrego is hiring a Field Sales Executive to grow our customer base across [territory/city]. You will spend most of your time in the field — visiting clients, generating leads, and closing deals. This is a full-time, on-site role based out of [city].

Requirements (required first)
Minimum 2 years of field sales or direct sales experience
Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets
Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence
Good verbal communication skills in English and [local language]
Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory
Nice to have
Experience using a CRM tool (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Prior experience in [relevant industry, FMCG ONLY]
What you'll do-
Visit prospective and existing clients daily within your assigned territory
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and on-ground canvassing
Pitch Shrego's products/services and close sales on-site
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and closures in CRM
Share weekly territory reports and market feedback with the sales manager
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Pay: ₹10,686.92 - ₹25,000.00 per month
