- Oversee daily branch operations including service, sales support, and administration.
- Manage workshop and service activities efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints.
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and supporting staff.
- Monitor vehicle delivery, service quality, and turnaround time.
- Maintain branch discipline, productivity, and reporting systems.
- Achieve branch targets related to service revenue and customer retention.
- Ensure proper stock management of spare parts and consumables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with management for smooth branch functioning.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in automobile dealership industry.
- Basic knowledge of 4-wheeler service operations is mandatory.
- Service background preferred.
- Good leadership and team handling skills.
- Ability to manage customers and resolve issues professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
