Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and driving enrollments for our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on career-oriented programs (Data Science, Full Stack, etc.)
- Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM data
Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Sales / BDE / Counseling
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Passion for sales and student interaction
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in educational counseling or sales
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Strong interpersonal skills
