*Scope of Work*
1. *IT Inventory Management*
* Maintain records of all IT assets, including VR headsets, computers, accessories, networking equipment, and software licenses.
* Monitor inventory movement, stock levels, maintenance schedules, and asset allocation.
* Ensure timely procurement, repair, and replacement of equipment.
2. * Technical Support*
* Provide technical guidance for hardware and software-related activities across all centres.
3. *VR and related Hardware Maintenance / Repair*
* Diagnose and troubleshoot VR headsets, controllers, sensors, and related accessories.
* Perform basic repairs, preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and hardware replacements.
* Ensure optimal functionality and ensure 0 equipment downtime across all centres.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
