Amtrix Infotech Pvt Ltd is expanding its US Logistics team and is looking for dynamic Freight Brokers to join our Mohali office. If you are confident in handling international voice calls and want to build a strong career in US logistics, this opportunity is for you.
Location: Onsite – Mohali (8B)
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)
Experience: 0–1 Year
Freshers are welcome ONLY if they have experience in INTERNATIONAL CALLING (voice process). No chat, email, or backend experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive international voice calls with US shippers & carriers
Source and secure freight through calling-based communication only
Build and maintain strong relationships via voice interaction
Negotiate freight rates over calls
Coordinate shipments and resolve issues through calling communication
Handle end-to-end dispatch coordination through voice communication
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent spoken English communication skills
Experience in international voice calling (mandatory for freshers)
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Confidence in handling US-based clients over calls
Ability to work in US shift environment
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
