Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced BOQ & Estimator to prepare accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets for residential architecture and interior projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Mandatory experience in Residential Projects.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and interior finishes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
