Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Academic Excellence to support and enhance students’ academic performance and overall learning experience. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring student progress, coordinating with trainers and academic teams, maintaining reports, and ensuring smooth academic operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills along with the ability to manage students effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Monitor and improve students’ academic performance.
· Support students in achieving learning goals and academic targets.
· Coordinate with trainers/faculty regarding student progress.
· Maintain academic records, reports, and performance data.
· Conduct follow-ups with students regarding attendance and assignments.
· Provide guidance and motivation to improve academic outcomes.
· Organize academic activities, assessments, and feedback sessions.
· Ensure timely completion of reports and documentation.
· Communicate with parents/students when required.
Requirements
· Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, especially in leading or managing a marketing team.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and industry trends.
· Good understanding and hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and platforms.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
