Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- For B.E civil 5+ years & for Diploma civil 8+ years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting in the construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of IS codes, Mode of measurements, construction Industry practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques. & validating quantities from the given drawings including bar bending schedule.
- Preparing BOQ (bill of quantities) by studying specification sheets from the sales team.
- Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.
- Proficiency in Client Bill/Sub-contractor’s Bill Preparation & Checking.
- Good knowledge of Material Reconciliation and Budget Monitoring and experience in this work is required.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying For eg. AutoCAD, Microsoft office etc.
- With all above, experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, Primavera, project Management will be consider as a additional skill.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Co-ordination with site person.
- Experience of various construction projects like residential & commercial sites/ Airports/Hospitals/Roads.
- written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear reports for conveying complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
