With showrooms across the city, our team of designers and sales specialists works closely with clients to translate ideas into beautifully executed interiors, from concept and material selection through to final installation.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Our growing company is looking to fill the role of Installation Manager at our Whitefield showroom. You will oversee the handoff from sales to execution, manage installation quality and compliance, and ensure every project is delivered accurately and on time. If you don't meet every qualification listed below, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review prior plan documentation and assess submission deficiencies
- Receive data from prior providers and use spreadsheet tools to parse and reformat data for reconciliation
- Ensure a successful hand-off from Sales to Services and Operations for ongoing administration
- Oversee the creation, assembly, and timely, accurate delivery of enrollment and installation materials
- Lead root-cause/no-cause analysis (RCA/NCA), lessons-learned processes, and carry-over work resolution
- Participate in site surveys, pre-installation meetings, and quality reviews with clients
- Collaborate with the Site Manager/Supervisor to ensure all activities are completed as specified, collecting records of evidence and certificates of conformance
- Work with functions at Head Quarters and in the Region, providing feedback to streamline processes and promote efficient workflows
- Conduct periodic inspections and audits to verify activities are performed as specified
- Address non-conformities, audit findings, and customer complaints with the site team
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience or knowledge of PRI, SIP, and Hosted/Managed PBX products and processes is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong, independent problem-solving skills
- Training and coaching experience preferred
- SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Ability to establish standards for system fault-finding and fault-reporting, working with the Engineering team to rectify issues
- Ability to establish a practical system for auditing installations and providing feedback to channel partners and certified installers
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Clear communicator, comfortable coordinating across sales, operations, and site teams

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
