Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor with 3+ years of experience to manage day-to-day construction site activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising labor, ensuring quality work, maintaining safety standards, and supporting smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and plans.
- Monitor labor workforce and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain site discipline and enforce safety regulations.
- Track daily progress and report to senior engineers.
- Manage site materials and minimize wastage.
- Assist in measurements, billing, and basic documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of basic safety standards on construction sites.
