Position: Hospitality Trainer
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Trainer to deliver industry-relevant training in Front Office Operations, Guest Relations, Service Excellence, Reservations, Check-in/Check-out Procedures, Grooming, and Hospitality Etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical hospitality training sessions.
- Deliver training on hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Train students on front office procedures and hospitality software (Fidelio preferred).
- Support curriculum development, assessments, and placement readiness.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum 3–4 years of Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Working knowledge of Fidelio software.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or faculty development preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
