Infinite Civil Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Engineer (Electrical) to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing detailed electrical drawings, schematic diagrams, and power distribution layouts specifically for our Railway infrastructure and electrification projects..
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Drafting: Prepare, update, and manage detailed electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic diagrams, wiring layouts, sub-station drawings, and Overhead Equipment (OHE) layout plans using CAD software.
- Design & Site Coordination: Collaborate with lead project engineers and site teams to ensure drawing specifications strictly align with railway design standards, contract specifications, and field conditions.
- Documentation & Archiving: Maintain systematic archives of all drafting files, CAD drawings, revision histories, cable schedules, and project technical documentation.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure all technical drawings comply with relevant electrical safety codes, Indian Railways / RDSO design standards, and internal quality procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, OR
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Degree holders in preparation of electrical drawings.
- Minimum 3 years of experience for Diploma holders in preparation of electrical drawings.
- Note: Trainee or internship experience will NOT be counted. Professional experience is calculated strictly after the completion of the degree/diploma.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Technical Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD (Electrical) or relevant 2D/3D electrical drafting software.
- Core Electrical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical concepts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), circuit schematics, panel wiring diagrams, and standard electrical symbols.
- Execution Focus: Strong attention to detail, accuracy in drafting, and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Domain Experience: Prior drafting experience in Railway Electrification (OHE), General Electrification (PSI), or power distribution projects is highly advantageous.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
