Telecaller Executive – GEM Group ONLY NEAR MY CANDIDATES WILL BE PLACED
GEM Group is hiring a responsible and target-oriented Telecaller Executive for our Thuravoor / Angamaly office.
The candidate will be responsible for daily customer calling, sales order follow-up, payment follow-up, customer relationship management, and daily reporting. We are looking for a disciplined candidate with good communication skills, clear voice, confidence, and a strong follow-up mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call existing customers on a daily basis
- Follow up for sales orders
- Follow up for pending payments
- Collect new customer referral leads
- Maintain daily call, order, and collection reports
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and delivery teams
- Work according to daily and monthly targets
- Maintain polite and professional customer communication
- Update follow-up status correctly every day
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Clear voice and confidence
- Basic WhatsApp / mobile reporting knowledge
- Telecalling or sales experience preferred
- Target-oriented mindset
- Good follow-up discipline
- Must report by 9:00 AM sharp
- Punctual and responsible attitude
- Long-term job commitment preferred
Candidate Preference:
Candidates from Thuravoor, Angamaly, Kalady, Chalakudy, or nearby areas are preferred.
Salary:
₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentive
