Job Summary
PlatinumOne Business Services Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Auditor to join our BPO team. The role involves monitoring and evaluating sales calls, providing constructive feedback to Telecalling Associates, and supporting continuous process improvement through quality audits and AI-enabled quality tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit calls handled by Telecalling Associates for quality and compliance.
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement in sales interactions.
- Provide one-on-one feedback, coaching, and performance improvement guidance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and process guidelines.
- Learn and effectively use AI-based Quality Audit tools to enhance process performance.
- Prepare audit reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Auditor in a BPO sales process.
- Strong understanding of quality frameworks and call auditing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to deliver effective coaching and performance feedback.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in sales quality auditing within the BPO industry.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted quality monitoring tools.
