We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead Data Migration and System Integration projects for HCM and HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience along with the ability to gather business requirements, create functional documentation, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver successful implementations.
You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through deployment while acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Data Migration and Integration projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD (Business Requirements Document) and FRD (Functional Requirements Document).
- Create Functional Specifications, Discovery Documents, RAID Logs, Status Reports, and Meeting Minutes.
- Develop Source-to-Target Data Mapping documents.
- Work closely with development teams on API integrations and technical requirements.
- Coordinate project timelines, scope, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate Kickoff Meetings, Sprint Reviews, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to integrations and data quality.
- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining excellent client communication.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong experience in Data Migration and System Integrations.
- Hands-on experience creating BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, and Process Documentation.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, Data Mapping, and System Connectivity.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
